Elm creates a lock file everytime you run, for some reason the lock file
was not released. All your have to do is delete the lock for that user.

rm /var/mail/{useraccount}.lock

: Every time when I run elm other than root, I will get this message. There is no lock files generated and mail is fine if I use "mail" to read mail. Any suggestion?
