I work in Turkish company. and in my work place there is a HP-UX System 9000/700 series workstation. we have 2 harddisk already formatted. but it looks like there is problem with these disks. may be bad sectors. when i wanted to install software i get dump file errors. 2 more Hd (scsi) we bought. but when i wanted to install software i get message that they should be more than 55,5 MByte space to install. as a matter of fact they are 2 Gbyte Harddisks. and we can not install hp-ux 9,05 software. we have 2 Cd's. install and core OS cd. but we need to format hd.
now my question from you;
how can i format all Hd's before installing software. and i dont have support cd.
