I have a logitech cordles desktop pro keyboard and mouse. This systems has a little base unit to pick up the keyboard and mouse rf and send it down to the system USB. It comes with tiny adapters to switch it from USB to mini-din. I tried this set up with one of those new blade 100's. I'm happy to report that it did work on the usb ports (solaris 8) and that you could insert and remove them from the system live, with out causing any panic. However, my daily workstation is an ultra5. I do have one of those over priced keyboard converter boxes. My setup also works well through that box.

Ctrl-Break == L1-A or Stop-A on both systems and it works fine
I believe there may be something in CDE that get in the way of it working while in the CDE desktop. I know there is something getting in the way of it working if you have a SunPCi card running. However, it definately works from the console prompt. At least for me ;) YMMV.
